The Wayne State Community of Scholars Learning Community is offered by the CommunityEngagement@Wayne office, in partnership with the Irvin D. Reid Honors College. A learning community is a great way to become connected on campus, get to know students who are facing the same types of experiences you are! 
 
The Wayne State Community of Scholars Learning Community explores and engages the city of Detroit as your classroom through service and study. Issues related to poverty, education reform, urban renewal, and economic development will set the stage for a dynamic learning experiences and leadership development.  The future of Detroit is in your hands, do you want to help make a positive difference? 
 
How do I sign up? 
 
Register for the Reserved/Recommended Sections for Community of Scholars to qualify entry to the CoS Learning Community.
 
 
You must hold a 3.5 GPA to participate.
